The Association for Theological Education in Nepal (ATEN) executive board deliberately decided to keep the office and library building right in the centre of Kathmandu.

So, students of Bible schools and colleges, mostly located outside the city's ring road, have to cover about equal distances while coming to ATEN.

The library catalogue is on computer. So, with a few presses of the keyboard, you can locate the books you want yourself or request help from trained ATEN librarians. The readers' computer can also run resources on CDs. The librarian has quite a few CDs on biblical as well as secular topics. For example, you may want to check on Augustine in the Encyclopaedia Britannica and read his confessions from an IVP CD. Students who want to photocopy limited number of pages from any book can do so at the nominal rate of Re 1 per page.
